Bangladesh has strongly criticized the recent Israeli attacks in Lebanon, saying they caused civilian deaths and injuries and are harming efforts to bring peace and stability to the region.

The government also condemned the death of Dipali, a Bangladeshi citizen who was reportedly killed in an Israeli strike in Beirut. This information was shared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday.

Bangladesh expressed deep sympathy to Dipali’s family and said it stands beside them during this difficult time.

The Bangladesh embassy in Lebanon is in contact with her family and will arrange to bring her body back home when the situation becomes safe.
