Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir in Jurī Upazila, Moulvibazar District, held a reception for students who successfully passed their SSC, Dakhil, and equivalent examinations.

On Wednesday (July 30), the reception ceremony, organized by the Jurī Upazila unit of Islami Chhatrashibir, was presided over by M. Imran Hosen Moniar, President of the Jurī Upazila Chatrashibir, and conducted by Secretary M. Abdullah. The chief guest at the event was Maolana Aminul Islam, Jamaat’s Member of Parliament candidate for Moulvibazar-1 constituency.

Special guests who spoke at the event included Maolana Abdur Rahman, Naebe Amir of Moulvibazar District Jamaat; Tarek Aziz, President of Chhatrashibir’s Moulvibazar City unit; M. Farid Uddin, Moulvibazar District President; Ariful Islam, former central Chatrakalyan editor of Chatrashibir; Md. Rejaul Karim Reja, former organizational secretary of Chatrashibir’s Sylhet Metropolitan unit; Ajim Uddin, former Moulvibazar District President of Chatrashibir; Abdullah Al Mamun, former Moulvibazar District City President; Md. Jasim Uddin, former District Secretary; Tarek Mia, District College Secretary; Juel Ahmad, District Publication Secretary; Rumel Ahmad, Jurī Purbo President of Chatrashibir; Najmul Islam, Jurī Dakhin President; Jabir Hosen, Jurī Purbo Secretary; and Khaled Masud, Publicity Secretary, among others.

The event began with a recitation from the Holy Quran by Hafez Mahfuj Ahmad, and Islamic music was performed by Jolopropat Shilpigoshthi, Moulvibazar. Amina Jannat Chuniya, Tasnuba Jannat Sadia, and Ashfak Hosen, all meritorious students, delivered speeches on behalf of the honored achievers.
More than four hundred meritorious students from various educational institutions in the upazila were honored at the ceremony.
