The National Citizens’ Party (NCP) has formed a 31-member coordination committee for Moulvibazar district.
The committee’s approval was granted on Wednesday (June 18) through a jointly signed pad by the party’s Member Secretary Akhtar Hossain and Chief Organizer (Northern Region) Sarjis Alam. Khaled Hasan has been appointed as the Chief Coordinator of this 31-member committee.
This committee will oversee the organizational activities of the district for the next three months or until an executive committee is formed.
Fahad Alam, Ehsan Zakaria, Md. Iqbal Hossain, Rumon Kabir, Shamayel Rahman, Niloy Rashid, Sanaul Islam Suej, Shah Misbah, and Soumitra Deb have been appointed as Joint Coordinators of the committee. Other members of the committee include Advocate Koushik Dey, Jahangir Alam, Bhimpal Sinha, Rasel Thingujam, Jayed Ahmed, Sumi Chowdhury Joya, Proloy Biswas, Abdul Bari Khobayeb, Boisistyo Goala, Tamim Ahmed, Abu Sufian, Syed Mufleus Salekin, Safwan Chowdhury, Abdullah Al Hossain, Lincoln Talukder, Jubayel Ahmed Shuvo, Nizam Uddin, Ashraf Ahmed, Mohammad Meraj Chowdhury, Mohammad Hiraj Ali Shah, and Hossain Ahmed.
This committee has been formed to energize organizational activities and further strengthen the party in the district. Party leaders in charge have stated that the new committee will conduct organizational tours, public engagement, and membership recruitment drives across the remote areas of the district.
